You’ll be able to easily track your order through our tracking system here.
Can’t track your order? No worries! Just send your tracking number to us at hello@azureisblue.com, and we’ll be happy to assist within 5 working days. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

Shipping Within Malaysia:

FREE DELIVERY for orders above RM200 within West Malaysia.
Shipping to East Malaysia is currently unavailable. For any assistance, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service.
For orders below RM200, a flat shipping fee of RM10 applies.
Delivery lead time is 2-5 working days. Please note there might be delays during festive periods and promotional sales.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel is on its way.
We’re unable to cancel orders once they have been dispatched. Thank you for your understanding.

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries with these fees:

Singapore: RM85
Indonesia: RM200
Thailand: RM200

Customs & Import Duties:

Any customs or import duties are charged once your parcel arrives in the destination country and will need to be covered by the recipient.
